About Us

The Booted Bantam Society UK was formed in 2014 and held its first official Club Show at The PCGB National in Telford, on the 15th of November 2015.

It was established to:

Promote the keeping and breeding of Booted Bantams and Rumpless Booted Bantams.

Maintain the breed standards and promote the improvement of the breeds to meet the standards.

Promote Booted Bantam and Rumpless Booted Bantam exhibition classes and educate breeders and judges on the standards.

Raise awareness of the breeds and the Society nationally and internationally.​

The society aims to build up information and support for members and supporters and will seek to do this through:

Meetings, events, newsletters, website and online forums.Maintaining a members, breeders &keepers directory.

Carrying out a annual census to identify numbers and colours of birds kept.

Arranging a club show, regional shows and Booted Bantam classes at other poultry shows.​
